The "Droopy" cottage, designed for 3 people, is located above the "Diva" cottage, with a separate entrance.

The enclosed garden is shared with this cottage.

UPSTATE COTTAGE.

Large living/dining room with 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm), sofa, TV, wood-burning stove, dining table. Kitchenette. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- Included in the price: bed linen, cleaning, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair.

- Extra charges: electric heating and electricity and water consumption (based on meter readings).

- Optional services: towel rental (€5/person). Crash pad rental (please contact the owner).

Firewood for the stove is not provided. You can purchase it in Nemours, 10 km away.

Within 10 km: 5 supermarkets, all shops, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a leisure center, and a hospital.

Pets are welcome free of charge. Please note that category 1 and 2 dogs, also known as "dangerous dogs," are not permitted.
