The enclosed garden is shared with this cottage.

Large living/dining room with 1 single bed (90 x 190), sofa, TV, wood-burning stove, and dining table. Kitchenette. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190). One bathroom with shower and toilet.

- Included in the price: bed linen, cleaning, Wi-Fi, baby bed, and high chair.

- Additional charges: electric heating and electricity and water consumption (according to meter reading).

- Optional services: bathroom linen rental (€5/person). Crash pad rental (to be consulted with the owner).

Wood for the stove is not provided. You can purchase some in Nemours, 10 km away.

Pets are welcome free of charge. Please note that category 1 and 2 dogs, known as "dangerous dogs," are prohibited.
