The guest rooms are located in an outbuilding next to the home of your hosts, Carine and Sébastien.
The outdoor spaces and garden are currently being landscaped.
Parking is available on the street or inside the property upon request (electric gate).

"Nid d'Oiseau" Guest Room:
Located on the ground floor (access via 2 steps) and measuring 30m², the room is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, a 2-person spa, a kitchen area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. It has a small terrace with garden furniture.

"Doux Cocon" Guest Room:
This 50m² suite has two areas:
The large bedroom, upstairs (accessed via an outdoor staircase with a small terrace and garden furniture), is equipped with a kitchenette, a huge 180x200cm double bed, a video projector with an Amazon key, a 120x90cm shower, and a separate toilet.
From the bedroom, you access your beautiful relaxation area on the ground floor with a 2-person spa and infrared sauna.

To complete your stay, Carine and Sébastien offer the following amenities:
- A welcome kit containing slippers, shower gel, and a half-bottle of Champagne
- A free tour of the Champagne Épernay site
- A charcuterie platter (additional charge)
- A massage by an external service provider is available at an additional cost (must be booked in advance)
