The guest rooms are located in an outbuilding next to the home of your hosts, Carine and Sébastien.

Parking is available on the street or within the property upon request (electric gate).

"Bird's Nest" Guest Room:
Located on the ground floor (accessible via two steps) and measuring 30m², the room features a suspended double bed (160x200cm), a two-person hot tub, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. It also has a small terrace with garden furniture.

"Sweet Cocoon" Bed and Breakfast:
This 50m² suite features two distinct areas:
The large bedroom, located upstairs (accessible via an external staircase with a small terrace and garden furniture), includes a kitchenette, a king-size bed (180x200cm), a video projector with an Amazon dongle, a shower (120x90cm), and a separate toilet.

From the bedroom, you can access the ground floor and your lovely relaxation area with a two-person spa and infrared sauna.

To enhance your stay, Carine and Sébastien offer the following services:

- A welcome kit containing slippers, shower gel, and a half-bottle of Champagne
- A complimentary tour of the Champagne Épernay site
- A charcuterie platter (at an additional cost)
- Massages available through an external provider (at an additional cost; advance booking required)

Tourist tax is extra.
