The farm where the pig is king ....
74 hectare farm located in the south of Seine-et-Marne with pig farming on straw. Thus, the animals are kept for a minimum of 6 months, and there is no more soy in their diet as soon as they reach 25 kg. The pigs are then sold to local pork butchers, in boxes at the farm (on order only) or in partnership with Viandes du Lys, which offer processed products: cut meat, cold cuts, etc.
