The Yves Fossaert Organ Factory was created in 1988, in Mondreville in Seine-et-Marne (77).
It specialises in the construction of new organs and the restoration of old organs and harmoniums in the artisanal tradition.
The Yves Fossaert Organ Factory has been operating since 1989 with a staff of 4 to 6 journeymen.
Yves has been in the business for 40 years. He began studying musicology at the Sorbonne in Paris, but quickly turned to organ building on the advice of the organist André Isoir, of whom he was a pupil.
He received the title of Master Craftsman in 2003 and was awarded the national prize of the Maîtres d'apprentissage in 2017.
He devotes himself more particularly to design and harmony.
